Shipping your parcel

Parcels are usually shipped within up to 2 business days after payment has been received. Each shipment is sent with a tracking option, without the need for delivery confirmation.

Shipping costs include both order preparation and packaging fees as well as transport costs. The handling fee is fixed, while the delivery cost depends on the total weight of the shipment.

We recommend placing all products in a single order to reduce shipping costs. Separate orders are not combined, and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order.

Each parcel is shipped at the customer’s responsibility; however, we make every effort to ensure that ordered products are carefully packed and properly secured.

We use packaging appropriate to the size of the order to ensure safe transport and delivery of products in perfect condition.

  • Please note that cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
  • Returns from companies are not accepted, except for sole proprietorships, in cases provided for in Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act in conjunction with Article 385 of the Civil Code.
