The www.wrcparts.pl store operates on the principles specified in these Regulations.
The Regulations define the types and scope of services provided electronically by the www.wrcparts.pl store - the principles of providing these services, the conditions for concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of services electronically and Product Sales Agreements, as well as the complaint procedure.
Each Service Recipient, upon taking action to use the Electronic Services of the www.wrcparts.pl Store, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
The condition for placing an Order in the Store by the Customer is to read the Regulations and accept their provisions at the time of placing the Order.
The www.wrcparts.pl Store conducts retail and wholesale sales of car parts via the Internet.
The products offered in the Store are new, free from legal defects and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.
All trade names, Product names, company names and their logos used on the Store's website at www.wrcparts.pl belong to their owners and are used solely for identification purposes. They may be registered trademarks. All materials, descriptions and photos presented on the Store's website at www.wrcparts.pl are used for information purposes.

In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the
Act on the provision of services by electronic means of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended),
the Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827),
the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.

II. DEFINITIONS

CHAT - an electronic service made available to Service Recipients by the Service Provider, enabling conversations between currently logged-in Service Recipients and representatives of the Service Provider.
WORKING DAY – one day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
REGISTRATION FORM – a form available on the website www.wrcparts.pl enabling the creation of an Account.
ORDER FORM – a form available on the website www.wrcparts.pl enabling the placement of an Order.
CONSUMER – a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
CUSTOMER – a Service Recipient who intends to conclude or has concluded a Sales Agreement with the Seller.
ACCOUNT – a collection of resources in the Service Provider's IT system marked with an individual name (e-mail address) and password, in which the Service Recipient's data is collected, including information on placed Orders.
REGULATIONS – these Store regulations.

PRODUCT - a movable item or service available in the Store, which is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
SALES AGREEMENT - Product Sales Agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller
