In the case of payment on delivery, an additional fee of 3.00 PLN gross is added.

The shipping price is calculated automatically in the order summary.

WAIT TIME
Most orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day (in exceptional cases, some orders are shipped the next day). Delivery time depends on the selected company. DPD makes most deliveries within 24 hours of sending the package. After placing the order, a waybill number will be generated. Thanks to it, you can track the status of your order.

All our parcels are carefully packed and secured for delivery so that the goods reach you intact.

PRODUCT RETURNS
Returning purchased products to WRC is very simple. In order to quickly get your money back for purchased parts, we suggest making a return according to the scheme below. It is best to report returns by phone or email.

Returns can only be made for parts that have not been installed and within 14 days of purchasing the part. If the goods have been damaged, were installed or were sent back within a period exceeding fourteen days, then they are subject to complaint, not return.

RECOMMENDED PAYMENT METHODS

Online via PayU PayU is an online service that mediates payments between the customer and the seller, i.e. you and our store. Thanks to this method, the payment is immediately confirmed, and as a result, the goods are quickly shipped.	Cash on delivery When choosing cash on delivery, also known as cash on delivery, you pay for the ordered goods to the courier when you receive the package. This service costs an additional PLN 3.00 gross. The best method for people who prefer cash payments.
